Who are we

It was 1850 when Ceschinelli Gaetano started to build the first wooden cart and introduced the first lathe to the company for making wheel spindles.

In 1900 his son Luigi joined the company, continuing this work into the 1940s, in high demand at the time from small traders.

In 1945 it was the turn of Luigi's son Tarcisio, and from this time onwards the processes started diversifying, from screwdriver handles for Fiat to wire bobbins for Michelin.

In the 1950s the company won two editions of the Rovereto Trade Fair for the production of the best wooden cart.

Towards  the 1960s  and 70s there was a further evolution due to the economic boom of the period, which strongly increased the demand for lathed items and from then onwards the range of production was extremely wide: bathroom accessories, legs, knobs, wooden dolls, and numerous other items.

Ceschinelli Maurizio, the son of Tarcisio, is the current owner, starting in 1985, and since that time the company's strong point has become the processing of quality wood varieties including: radica, ebony, Santos rosewood, wengé and others, to the extent of having machine tools and special equipment constructed to our design for the processing of this class of material and to ensure absolutely reliable, top quality products.
